This set comes with everything you need to get started. I'm just in the beginning phases of learning how to tattoo, and I've tried a few different kits now. This kit includes everything you need to get started, including cartridges for lining and shading. It took a minute to figure out how to get the battery pack set up to the proper settings to run the machine, but once I did, the remaining adjustments and fine-tuning were fairly easy. The gun has an adjustable needle depth, which really helps when you're trying to learn how far to hold the gun to get the right skin depth (1-2 mm). I still don't feel confident working on actual skin, so I'm still just practicing with skins (1 2mm skin included) and intermittently shading in some decades-old scars from an old accident to try it out on actual skin. I've been looking for somewhere that does paramedical tattooing in my area for years, and failing to find a reliable provider, decided to take matters into my own hands. I was easily able to mix the ink to a flesh tone (red, blue, yellow, and white) in the included ink cups. The included gloves provided a nice germ barrier after I'd sterilized all required skin areas. This machine was easy to handle and allows for steady handling and an even and consistent depth, and the needle didn't hurt any more than professional tattoos. The ink was deposited evenly over the scar tissue area and is healing evenly. The skin trauma was no worse than any of the professional tattoos I've ever gotten, and the healing went by without a hitch, though it was itchier than normal as expected due to the tattoo being done over a keloid scar. Overall, this is a very user-friendly kit for someone who wants to explore tattooing and is an excellent value for the money. Plenty of ink, cartridges, and skin to practice many different styles and applications.

The brand Wormhole also puts out accessories and replacement parts for this brand and appears to be creating more models after this. Included in this kit, besides the unique, compact tattoo machine itself, is a set of five small bottles of tattoo ink, a bag full of tiny cups for mixing ink and then obtaining it for the needle, some sturdy tape and gloves, a set of 10 needles, and other first aid and convenience items. This item is perhaps the easiest, most accessible kit for beginning tattoos. It includes a cord for being a charged, and functions wirelessly once the battery is full. The kit works well and the components complement each other to make for a seamless, easy tattoo making experience. I am very excited about this kit because before I found this product, it seemed very difficult and an accessible for someone to begin learning this art form. Excellent for beginners and anyone who is looking to create tattoos.

This pen works really well and actually has a good bit of power to it. Very easy to use, you just turn in the power supply, put the cartridge in and it’s ready to go. The battery lasts a good while so you’re able to do about a 3-4 hour session. It’s a great set for beginners but I can see a lot of experienced artists using this as well
